Terms of use

Use the calculators and print what you need for your own move.

Estimates only

• The calculators give estimates from assumptions you can see and change. They are not quotes, not price lists and not advice.
• Real moving quotes vary by company, date and place. Get written quotes before you decide.
• Tip amounts are common guidance, not a rule. Tipping is optional.

Paid plan

The Move Planner is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no automatic charge. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store card numbers. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but a calculation may not fit your move. Check important numbers with your mover.
